Rist Canyon Inn – Fort Collins Wedding Venue

Not long ago, our family lived in this classic 1896 farmhouse on twenty scenic acres of land. While living here, we began to feel that the history and picturesque natural beauty of the place we live would be better shared. We happened upon a Northern Colorado wedding venue and a lightbulb went on!

Repurposing our site for weddings and events would provide a strong connection to the local and extended community, and a forum for the owner Allan’s design background. The idea of rustic and refined kept coming up, so we scoured auctions and antique stores across Colorado and as far as Duluth, Minnesota, for the finest art and antiques to make Rist Canyon Inn an incredibly special place. Allan, his son Adam, and Adam’s partner Norah designed the venue and consulted local architects and engineers to ensure a facility built to the highest aesthetic and technical standards.

As such, no detail has been overlooked. Bellevue Event Hall was designed around vintage glass doors, and the metal siding came from the original barn on the property. Rooms in the farmhouse are adorned with one-of-a-kind antiques and original art, and benches on the wedding pasture are custom handmade from a local lumber mill.
